Project Management

The introduction of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations in 1994 and the revision of these in 2007 has brought Health and Safety to the forefront of the planning and execution of construction projects. We have had corporate membership of the Association for Project Safety and its forerunner the Association of Planning Supervisors since their inception and in addition we have several individual members.

We have acted as Planning Supervisors under the old regulations for many years and now act as CDM Coordinators

• Act as CDM Coordinator in accordance with the 2007 CDM Regulations
• Prepare Health and Safety plans
• Advise clients on aspects of health and safety in the conceptual and planning stages of projects
