Housing developments have been a significant part of our workload since the firm was founded. We have worked with, and continue to work with, many of the major housing developers on schemes from one to over a thousand houses.

We have particular experience in developing sites on poor, steeply sloping or contaminated ground. We are able to provide a fully comprehensive service to our clients including site investigation, foundation design and superstructure calculations together with road, sewers and private drainage design.
