We find that people don’t tend to leave…

The Eastwood and Partners working environment is unique. When people join our organisation, they don’t tend to leave. We employ around 85 staff across two offices, have a low voluntary turnover and an average length of service of ten years with some of our more senior staff having worked here for over 35 years.

So what makes working here so great…

When you join Eastwood and Partners you will notice from day one that we work as one team. Client projects are managed by one of our eight individual Directors who carefully select a team with the right skills and expertise to deliver the best possible solution to our clients.

Our management of projects leads to our open plan, open door office culture meaning you are exposed to a variety of projects offering an engaging and rewarding learning environment for all levels of staff. We pride ourselves on being client focused, reactive and hardworking at Eastwood and Partners. You won’t find our organisation governed by unnecessary procedure or hierarchy but instead you will find a team of people who talk to one another, discuss ideas and most importantly deliver creative solutions for our client base.

Our people are our greatest assets…

At Eastwood and Partners we strive to attract the best people to work for us as well as engaging existing staff through continued professional and personal development. Learning and personal development is at the heart of our day to day work with staff working alongside senior staff to learn on the job. This style of working encourages the teaching and delivery of new and existing skills within our team developing our Engineers and Technicians to work at the high standards which our clients expect.

When we interview our Graduates, we interview future Directors…

If you have initiative, drive and the commitment to work hard, then we are the organisation for you. We offer competitive salaries and we encourage growth from within our workforce. When we interview our Graduates, we are also interviewing our future Directors.

At Eastwoods and Partners we encourage team culture not only within the workplace but also within a social setting and staff enjoy a number of social events throughout the year.
