We grow steadily each year and continue to provide high quality, professional services to our clients through our in house quality procedures.

We work together with our staff to advance their professional development. We promote membership of professional institutions and our graduate training scheme is ICE accredited. We support the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of each person. We are pleased to now offer our technicians the chance towards working towards achieving EngTech status in conjunction with the Institution of Civil Engineers and are currently planning additional inhouse seminars to support the program.

We actively encourage our engineers and technicians to attend recognised training events through their professional institutions and we hold regular in house presentations from visiting specialists.

Our Directors provide regular sessions to promote best practice in technical applications, analysis and design, client services and feedback from current projects.

Personal Development Reviews provide a focus for employees to discuss their performance and career development. We look for the best in our people and support their career progression.
