Each year we recruit trainee technicians direct from college/school. As a trainee, your professional development will be gained through college studies and support from our long-serving, experienced technicians who are available to mentor your learning at work.

We strongly value our technicians and are constantly liaising with the team to look at updating drawing standards and ways of working. We have recently updated procedures after a period of consultation between our two offices and are pleased to all move forward with an improved way of working.

We are also starting a program of training for our technicians similar to what our engineers are going through. We are proud to now offer the opportunity to work towards EngTech status and are creating in-house mentoring and support so all our staff can work on developing their skills and professional qualifications.
